Get ready for one of the best KC Partners in Rhyme to once again rock the mic...RIGHT!!!
Starting this Wednesday, July 27th at 1911 Main, Urban Literation will be hosting ULIT 101: The Revolution of the Spoken Word. This will be a weekly open mic that will also have slams every 3rd week of the month.
Be sure to get there on time to get a good seat, and don't forget to bring your belt so that you won't get blown away by the dynamic poets that will blaze the stage and check the mic from KC and other cities.
This week we will feature Mobile, Alabama's own Huggy Bear the Poet.
So come on out and support the arts community and get ready to hear some of that smokin' spoken word...ULIT!!!
